WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 3) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Thomas G. Allen to the Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Allen will serve as a partner in the firm’s nationally recognized Construction & Infrastructure Team. Mr. Allen will act as Global Lead for International Disputes. He joins from Greenberg Traurig.
Mr. Allen brings a practice focused on international arbitration and cross-border disputes in a variety of industries, with an emphasis on energy, manufacturing, construction, and aviation. He has broad experience in high-value international and U.S. arbitrations, and he litigates the enforceability of arbitration clauses and arbitration awards in U.S. courts. Mr. Allen acts as an arbitrator and has advised foreign governments and corporations in investor-state dispute settlement matters. He serves as Vice Chair of the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and he counsels foreign and U.S. corporations on U.S. government investigations and enforcement proceedings.
